Dear Pastor Sunday!
Soon, it will be 10 years since I came to the "Embassy of God" church. I just came to see it, but eventually remained in the church. I am also celebrating my 10th anniversary, this is only half of the 20th anniversary of our church.
I am very grateful to you for opening the church in Ukraine and I am honored to serve in this church. Today, thanks to the fact that you teach and raise the level of the leaders in your home groups, I have changed. Of course, I'm not perfect, but you showed me the way I should go to become pleasing to God.
At the home group you raise different topics, and after studying and applying them in my life, I begin to understand how to live and show honor to my parents, pastors, and to all those who have invested their experience, time, and love in me. You teach us how to be great, to be focused, and have big goals. You teach me how to focus on my goal and to bring it to completion, to be right here and right now, instead of having my head in the clouds.
I am grateful to you for teaching me to live in the love of truth. I thought I was closer to the ideal, that I was "white and stainless,” but after listening to the teachings at the summer fast and leader school, I realized that I am far from the ideal, and still have to work on myself. You teach me not to be superficial, to live according to the Word of God in love to people, and most importantly, you teach me how to think.
You are an example for me in everything: how you hold on during persecutions. Your family is an example of family life. I try to do in my family what you teach, so my relationship with my family is changing for the better. Everything that you teach us, your disciplines, you do in your own life. You are the most worthy disciple of Jesus Christ. You always have something we can learn from. I am grateful to God for you, for your love to all people – to young and older people like me. Thank you!
