Sumy will install a Love stone. Local mass media report that the installation will
become a part of the International project «Love stone in your city». The object
will be a place for young people to come, make a wish and take an oath in love and
faithfulness. Moreover, the Stone serves as a symbol of unity of all cities.
Unusual wings will beat over Kyiv
October,3-7 Kyiv will host the Third international festival on cinema for children
and youth «Wings 2011». Ukrainian mass media report that this year the cinema
forum is remarked by the Days of Denmark to be held in the framework of the
festival. Spectators traditionally chose the best films in the following nominations:
the best film of the festival, the best teenager film, the best children film and the best
children’s role. The event opening ceremony is going to be visited by ambassadors
and representatives of the Embassies of Denmark, the Netherlands, Czech and
Russia.
Rivne region demonstrated its investment power to a powerful China
Delegation from Zhejiang province (the Republic of China), consisted of
businessmen and officials of the state, visited Rivne region. Local mass media report
that during the visit the guests saw a project on wholesale market of agricultural
production, opportunities of «International airport «Rivne», development of industrial
real estate and developing deposits of peat and basalt.

Zaporizhia will first plunge in folk music
September, 23-25 Priazov urban settlement and Novokostiantynivka village
(Zaporizhia region) will host the first «Priazov Inter-Folk» festival. Local mass
media report that an idea to organize the event caused by two facts: multinationality
of Priazov land – the place where the first Ukrainian district center on nationalities
and common moral was established and started functioning; and folk itself, modern
interpretation of folklore, that Priazov land and Zaporizhia region in general are rich
in.
Kherson region expands its horizons
September,23-24,2011 Nova Kakhovka (Kherson region) will host the International
investment forum «Tavria horizons: attractiveness, cooperation, investments,
economic growth». Local mass media report that the forum invited more 100 foreign
and domestic companies. The forum organizers will present current investment
objects of the region and new investment platforms.
